  1. .Musical performance by Daniel Brixius 2nd graders.
  2. Welcome- Irma
  3. February & March minutes to be approved at April’s PTA meeting.
  4. Oregon PTA Standing Rules were revised and approved by the members.
  5. Margaret  M. reported that the Garage Sale will take place on Sat. April 25. All registration forms are due April 10th. If you have any question or would like to help. Please contact Margaret at mmorton47@comcast.net and/or Ed, at ed@ppproperties.com.
  6. Project Second Wind collected lots of canned food and raised over one thousand dollars for the Oregon food bank. Way to go!
  7. Ed, with the budget: Script is doing well; Auction sponsorship is UP this year. Next meeting a budget forecast for next year will be presented, this will include Auction proceeds.
  8. Rachel C, reported on Auction: Things are looking good with the auction approaching fast. So far, 269 tickets have been sold. Register online and in School Office. Still in need of help with set up and clean up. Projects will be on display march 9th.
  9. Irvington Home Café Tour, May 17th for more information please contact Laura Pearson at lyarworth@aol.com.
  10. Gift Wrap Fundraiser, the 3rd largest fundraiser for Irvington school. Volunteers needed to help organize. Please contact Rachel R. at chrisandrachel@mac.com.
  11.  Lego Club: NO spring session.  Scheduled to start up in Fall 09, along with a new format. If you are interested in help with the changes or volunteering please email Justin@hirschfamily.com or steve.zich@gmail.com.
  12. The beloved OAK Tree will be removed during Spring Break. The grounds committee is planning to replace the tree and also recycle the tree. Don’t be surprised if you’re sitting on new benches that were made for the old OAK.
  13. 8th grade D.C. Applebee’s Fundraiser, Sat. April 4th.  Tickets are $7.00 and on sale now! Thank you for the support.
  14. Traffic Control Signals:  The City is planning to make improvements around Irvington School. Handicap spaces will be provided along with 4 new bike racks.
Irvington PTA is looking for TWO new officers next year, President, VP. Please step up and SUPPORT your school. We need YOU!
