Please come and share in the celebration, enjoy the community and the good food! Don’t forget your potluck dishes. See you there! If you have any questions, call Renee at 503-516-6002. 6th Annual Auction You're Invited! In Friday folders are the ticket order forms for this year's auction. Please fill out and return with payment to your child's teacher or the front office. More ticket order forms will be available on the front auction bulletin board. If you have too many forms, please return them to the front auction bulletin board. No tickets will be sold at the door! Need Childcare? Look for childcare reservation forms and waivers in your child’s Friday folder. There are only 60 childcare slots available so get your forms in early. Childcare will be provided by Mir and the IED program and will be available for Irvington Pre-K students through 7th graders. Return completed form and waiver to front office. Volunteer Corner Volunteer the night of the auction and get in free! We need data entry folks and a few other jobs here and there. Contact our volunteer coordinator, Irma at imurauskas@earthlink.net . Fun Tidbit There will be a "Golden Ticket" raffle at this year’s auction. The winner will be able to choose any live auction item before they go on the auction block! Look for more details in the "Auction Newsletter" next week.
